WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT OUR SALONS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
We have staggered all our appointments to adhere to the social distancing measures. To book you can book online www.soulhair.co.uk or call the salon. Ideal if you are calling please call in the morning when the receptionist will be working.
If neither of these methods is suitable, you can come into the salon to make an appointment. Again, if you can do that in the morning that would be appreciated.
ARRIVING AT THE SALON
All our stylist will be wearing Face masks and we would ask you to do the same. Please wait at the reception until you are attended to. If someone is already at the reception please wait outside. If you are feeling unwell please call as soon as you can to rearrange your appointment
ENTERING THE SALON
Please enter the salon wearing your face mask. We have provided a sanitising station where you can sanitise your hand. We also have gloves if you choose and disposable face masks if you don’t have one.
Please adhere to the 2-meter social distancing with other Guests. Your stylist will take you through to your section which will have been pre sanitised. Your stylist will also have washed their hand before meeting you.
Your Stylist will carry out your consultation standing behind the chair and talk to you through the mirror.
Following your consultation, your stylist will lead you through to the backwash area which again will be pre sanitised and social distancing will be maintained. Following your shampoo, you will then be returned to the same section.
All stylist will use pre-sterilised tools and equipment and they will wear their masks throughout the service. Unfortunately, we will not be offering refreshments but you are welcome to bring your own.
Our bathrooms will be open and the high standard of cleanliness will be maintained. We will sanitise before and after every client.
Your stylist will lead you to the reception where they will take your bill. Please pay using contactless or your credit card where ever possible. Please avoid touching any hair care products unless you wish to make a purchase. We would suggest at this point you rebook.
