Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1.Validity:

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers without an expiration date can be redeemed at any time.

2.Usage:

• Vouchers can be used to purchase salon services or retail products available at SoulHair .

• Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to friends or family.

3.Non-Refundable:

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the voucher.

4.Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

• SoulHair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the voucher.

• Replacement vouchers may be issued at the salon’s discretion upon providing proof of purchase.

5.Appointment Booking:

• When redeeming the voucher for services, appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Please inform us at the time of booking that you will be using a gift voucher.

6.Partial Use:

• If the total cost of the service or product exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder.

• If the total cost is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will be retained for future use.

7.Promotional Offers:

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or special events unless explicitly stated.

8.Cancellation Policy:

• If an appointment booked using a gift voucher is canceled or rescheduled without adequate notice (as per the salon’s cancellation policy), the voucher may be considered redeemed.

9.Changes to Terms:

• SoulHair reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
